I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Therapist and I provide in person therapy and teletherapy in Maryland. I have a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Over the years I have worked with client’s with a number of mental health wellness areas.

I am a client-centered and body-centered Psychotherapist. I have training in Trauma and Sensoirmotor therapy. Using a client-centered approach we’ll uncover your unique strengths and needs, as well as a variety of other treatment modalities.
